What's the difference between loose leaf tea and tea bags?

Loose leaf tea uses whole or large broken leaves that steep more slowly, giving a fuller, more nuanced flavour. Tea bags use smaller leaf particles that brew faster and stronger. Both are made from the same quality Ceylon leaves — it comes down to convenience vs. ceremony.

How long does tea stay fresh after opening?

All SOO teas are sealed for freshness. Once opened, store in an airtight container away from light, heat and moisture. Properly stored, your tea will stay at its best for 12–18 months.
