SOO ships worldwide from two warehouses: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Colombo, Sri Lanka. Every order is sealed for freshness at origin, tracked from dispatch to delivery, and packed to protect the leaf.

Where we deliver

Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and across the European Union — and most other destinations on request.

Delivery times

  • Malaysia: 2–4 working days (ships from our KL warehouse; free over RM150)
  • Singapore: 3–6 working days
  • Australia, NZ, UK, US, Canada, EU: typically 7–14 working days, fully tracked

Straight talk on international shipping costs

We ship from Malaysia and Sri Lanka today, so international shipping costs more than we would like — we would rather be honest about that than hide it in the price of the tea. Two things to know:

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
  • Local warehouses in the US, UK and Australia are in the works. As each one opens, delivery for that region gets faster and cheaper. Join the Private List to hear when your region goes local.

Is my order tracked?
Yes — every order, every destination. You receive the tracking number as soon as it ships.

Who pays customs duties?
Any import duties or taxes at the destination are the recipient's responsibility. Tea is duty-free or low-duty in most countries.

How is freshness protected?
All teas are sealed for freshness at origin in Sri Lanka and shipped in protective packaging.
