SOO ships worldwide from our warehouses in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Colombo, Sri Lanka. Every order is sealed for freshness at source in Sri Lanka, fully tracked, and packed to protect the leaf.

What delivery costs

Malaysian delivery is free on every order. International rates are by parcel weight. A 100g tin weighs about 220g packed, so up to two tins usually falls in the lightest band and three to eight tins in the middle band.

  • Malaysia — free delivery on every order, no minimum spend. 2–4 working days, nationwide including Sabah and Sarawak.
  • Singapore — RM28 up to 0.5kg, RM45 up to 2kg, RM75 up to 5kg. 3–6 working days.
  • Australia & New Zealand — RM80 up to 0.5kg, RM120 up to 2kg, RM190 up to 5kg.
  • United Kingdom & Europe — RM110 up to 0.5kg, RM165 up to 2kg, RM250 up to 5kg.
  • United States & Canada — RM150 up to 0.5kg, RM220 up to 2kg, RM330 up to 5kg.

Exact cost is always calculated at checkout before you pay. Delivery outside the region takes 7–14 working days, fully tracked.

Straight talk about ordering from abroad

We ship from Malaysia and Sri Lanka, so international freight costs real money and we would rather set it out plainly than bury it in the price of the tea.

The practical advice: order several tins at once. Freight barely changes between one tin and six, so a single tin sent to London costs RM110 to deliver, while six tins cost RM165 — about RM28 each. If you are ordering from outside Malaysia, a larger order is dramatically better value, and tea keeps for around two years sealed.

Is my order tracked?
Yes — every order, every destination. You receive the tracking number as soon as it ships.

Who pays customs duties?
Any import duties or taxes at the destination are the recipient's responsibility. Tea is duty-free or low-duty in most countries.

How is freshness protected?
All teas are sealed for freshness at origin in Sri Lanka and shipped in protective packaging.

How long does tea keep?
Sealed, black tea holds its character for around two years and white tea for about one — which is why ordering several tins at once makes sense from abroad.
