**LOOSE TEA**
- Add 1 standard teaspoon of Black Tea (2–2.5 g)
- Heat 200 ml of water to 95–100°C
- Brew for 2–3 minutes

The whole leaves unfurl beautifully in the pot. Just watching them brew is satisfying. The cup they produce is smooth and clean.
