Ingredients

Ceylon Black Tea, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Peppercorns, Ginger, Turmeric, Cumin

How to use

**STRONG CHAI**

- Add 1-2 full teaspoon of Masala Chai to a pot
- Pour in 100 ml water in a pan
- Boil and stir for 3–4 minutes
- Add sugar and 100 ml milk
- Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes
- Strain into a cup and serve

**QUICK CHAI**

- Add 1 full teaspoon of Masala Chai
- Pour 100 ml boiling water (100°C) in pot
- Brew for 3 minutes
- Add 100 ml hot milk and sugar
- Strain and serve

**TEA BAG**

- Add 1 tea bag
- Heat 200 ml of water to 95–100°C
- Brew for 2–3 minutes
- Remove tea bag and serve add hot milk if necessary
